Walk Down Memory Lane

I’m off to Omaha this weekend to celebrate my nieces’ high school graduation. πŸ’šπŸ‘©β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘©β€πŸŽ“πŸ’š Thinking about this major milestone in their lives drew me to my box of memories where I keep old photos and trinkets, including a handful of old report cards from 8th grade! So, for this #tbthursday, I invite you to join me on a walk down memory lane. If you have an old graduation pic, I’d love to see it! If you can, upload it in the comments section below. Otherwise, tell me one specific thing or feeling you remember about graduating from high school. πŸŽ“

Look at that darling, hopeful face!!! It’s still there too!
I’d really have to dig to come up with my high school grad picture. πŸ™‚ I attend my 50th class reunion this July. YIKES!!

    1. That is so exciting, Jude! What is one memory you have from that time? Who do you hope to see again at your 50th? Did you stay in touch with your friends? πŸ’•

  2. Lovely to see your graduation pictures, and I fully agree with Suzanne. Unfortunately, I do not have any graduation pictures to show you. No pictures were taken, I think, and it was a very informal affair. My best friend Ingrid and I were the “school punks” and I’m sure they were glad to be rid of us, obnoxious rebels! I did find some of my reports when we cleared my parents’ house. Have a great trip, Sherry! xxx

    1. I’d love to just see pics of Ann the Punk sometime! πŸ’•πŸ™‚

  3. Awww…you were and still are such a cutie!

    Enjoy your trip!
